Use Desensitizing Toothpaste

These toothpastes contain compounds like potassium nitrate or stannous fluoride that help block nerve pathways, reducing the discomfort you may feel from hot, cold, or sweet foods.

Avoid Extremely Hot or Cold Foods and Drinks

After teeth whitening, your teeth might be more sensitive to temperature changes. It’s best to avoid very hot or cold foods and beverages, such as ice cream, soup, or coffee, for a few days.
